The tour guides will be at the meeting point 30 minutes before the tour time, in case you get there early.

QUESTION: IS THIS TOUR APPROPRIATE FOR CHILDREN?

Absolutely! We have loads of families and we're a great family activity. Our age minimum is 13 years old.

QUESTION: CAN I LEAVE THE TOUR EARLY?

Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate special requests like this on our public tours.  This tour is approx 3 1/2 hours and once you begin, we ask that you stay with the guide and the group until the end.  If you're interested in something shorter, please inquire about a private tour.

QUESTION: ARE THE TOURS CANCELLED IF IT RAINS?

Rain/Bad Weather?  I Bike Harlem tours go out in the rain unless the rains are so torrential that it will hinder your ability to ENJOY YOURSELF experiencing Harlem. We provide our riders with ponchos and our bikes come with fenders. Our tours also make frequent stops along the way so we’ll have opportunities to get off the bikes and dry off. Living in Harlem has taught us that the weather can change at any minute so we’ll make the decision to ride or not at the start time of the tour. Please show up on time and ready to ride! If we decide to cancel we’ll give you the option to re-schedule or issue a full refund.

QUESTION: What if i wanted to just rent a bike?

We rent bikes by the Hour or by the Day. All bikes come with a basket and helmet.

QUESTION: Do you Accept credit cards?

Yes. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
